BOARDING NOTES 1. Check In: 2PM2. Check Out: 12NN3. Full payment upfront or before check in. Payment via cash, payment link or bank transfer.4. The pet should be vaccinated before check in. Passport or Vaccine record is mandatory and will be surrendered to our facility for the whole duration of the stay.5. A copy of owner's emirates ID for our reference. Our facility provides the following: ✅ Food: Dry food is provided to all boarded cats (kittens or adults). We do not provide wet food, but you are welcome to bring your pet's preferred food (both dry and wet, as well as treats).✅ Water is always accessible.✅ Accessories: We provide food bowls, soft beds, toys, and any other necessary items.✅ Cat Litter & Pan: We use Bentonite Cat Litter, which is regularly cleaned.✅ Cat Jungle: Our play area includes toys, poles, and scratchers for your cat's enjoyment. We allocate sufficient time for play and require your approval for socializing with other cats.✅ Secure Individual Cat Houses: Each cat has its own secure space with ample room.✅ CCTV Surveillance: Our facility is equipped with CCTV cameras in all areas to ensure your pet's safety.✅ Trained Professionals: Our staff is fully trained and dedicated to welcoming and caring for your furry friend.✅ Additional Supplies: If you need a different type of cat litter (e.g., Crystal, Soya, Corn) or food (dry and wet), you can purchase them directly from our shop at a discounted rate.
